Northwest Metal Innovators Acquires NTH, Inc. Assets & N-Tech Products

December 1, 2021 Update

After 50 years in the manure handling industry, we're very excited to share the good news that our story will be able to continue in good hands with Northwest Metal Innovators, LLC (NMI) - which has acquired the assets of NTH, Inc. When the first piston pump was built in 1971, we were trying to solve the issues that we faced on our own dairy farm in Michigan. It was only because of the support of the American Dairy farmer and our dealer network, that we ultimately found ourselves manufacturing product, moving to Barron, Wisconsin, and spending the last five decades innovating and servicing product for our industry.

As we've gotten to know the new owners, Ryan and Ashly Soltau of NMI, first as customers, and then as potential buyers, it has been clear that we're very fortunate to transfer the responsibilities of finding new solutions and taking care of old problems into the right hands. While some things may change to meet the new challenges of the market, the company will benefit from their energy and stewardship. As they've successfully run and grown their own welding repair company, we know they are customer-focused and capable of moving forward in exciting ways.

In this transition, we're committed to helping them learn all they can about our product and its required service, and the role that our current customers play in ensuring their future success. Myself and Clifton will be around and available to you for the foreseeable future, as we help our new leadership team.

Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It has been an honor for our family to serve you and be a part of your own stories over these many years. In the meantime, please use the resources on this website and contact us by calling 715-537-9207 for any new product inquiries or for service and support.
